Raw Chai Latte

Good morning mein little lovers! I’ve been away from cyber space for awhile (sometimes we all need that break from the world of the glowing screens) but now I’m back and ready to attack…with this wonderful chai latte!

As winter is approaching and I’m living in a country next to the freezing arctic, it’s nice to ingest a warm cup of spiced beverage. You can use any type of “mylk”, such as hemp milk, nut milk, oat milk or some seed milk. Warm this milk on low heat on the stove and mix it with a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, a pinch of ground ginger, some cloves and a couple of cardamom pods. When you have heated it a little put everything in the mixer and add two dates. Mix it all up and then pour the latte through a strainer into a cup.

This latte is amazing and tastes like an angels kiss. You will love it!
