Rawocado Balls

This evening I decided to make some delicious raw chocolate balls, perfect as a small snack in between meals. These little suckers are made on avocado and raw cacao, two super foods which are high in antioxidants, glutathione and beta-sitosterol. With other words, these chocolate snacks will lower your cholesterol, decrease your blood pressure and keep your immune system in tip top shape!

These balls are really easy to make and you don’t have to prepare anything, unlike most of the raw food I make (pheew). Though shall need:

2 cups of Tigernut flor

2 small avocados

3 table spoons of raw cacao

10 dates

half a cup of sunflower seeds

2 table spoons of coconut oil

coconut flakes to cover the balls in

Mix all the ingredients with a handmixer except the coconut flakes. Shape into small balls and roll them around in the coconut flakes until they are completely covered.
